The Electronic Digest of New Mexico Cases

The Digest

The Electronic Digest of New Mexico Cases is a fast, convenient legal research tool that easily lets you keep up with all the latest cases and eliminate the stack of unread Bar Bulletins on your desk.

Each quarterly Digest contains two main sections: NEW CASES, covering all cases reported in the New Mexico Bar Bulletin during the previous three months, and CUMULATIVE DIGEST, covering all cases publised in the Bar Bulletin in the three preceeding quarters.  The digest contains seperate sections for civil and criminal cases.  The civil sections also digest certain criminal cases containing issues of general application, e.g. evidence, statutory construction. At a glance, the Digest gives you issue by issue summaries of all the cases published in the last 12 months.

The Digest is organized alphabetically by topic with an expandable point-and-click topical index, and is electronically searchable by key word.  Multiple editions may be searched using the search function in the Search tab of this site.
